“I don’t believe you. Anyway, I want to celebrate it early tonight, and I want to do it in Los Angeles. In 1937.”
“Luckily, that’s not hard to bring about.”
“I want to wear something glamorous, and perilous. And I feel like making a lot of people look at me.”
Tanner nodded. “Let’s go.” He paused. “We’ll probably find some crime and bullets flying. We usually do.”
“Good. In our dreams, we’re never in danger so I don’t mind.”
